About the Event

Data 2030 Summit is an annual strategy event gathering the Data Management community in one place and platform to discuss ways of enabling faster Data Innovation and AI deployment across the enterprise by setting up a modern Data Management strategy and platform for the new decade.

For the past eleven years Data 2030 Summit has served as a remarkable knowledge-sharing and networking platform for data practitioners in the MEA, Nordics and Asia Pacific. This sixth annual 2026 regional edition brings the community and insight closer to you and your data management peers across the entire MEA region.

Limited to 200 Delegates

To maintain the networking and knowledge-sharing experience, this round table summit is limited to a maximum of 200 on site participants. Speakers and exhibitors are carefully pre-qualified and selected to match the current regional market challenges, and provide outstanding content and insights relevant to the participants attending. The event has been sold out way in advance, in every one of the past 9 editions in any of the Europe, MEA and APAC Editions.

Along the presentations, we have reserved time for interactive roundtables. This is a good time for your voice to be heard, to share your ideas and your challenges, or to simply benchmark your strategy with your peers. The duration of the roundtables is 40 minutes and in English. After the first 40 minutes roundtable session, delegates will rotate and take their seat on another roundtable for another 40 minute session.

Leading Technology Providers

Delegates attending the summit on-site will have the opportunity to visit the Exhibition Area and explore some of the most cutting-edge technologies and meet the best technology and service providers in the area. Some of them exhibiting for the first time in the MEA region. To make it more transparent and relevant for you, the demos presented during the summit will be listed in the agenda and on the event webpage.

.

Need-to-know and Up-to-date Topics

The agenda is carefully designed to match the delegate community challenges and needs. Based on the last year’s feedback and our pre-event research, we have constructed the agenda that emulates the current market maturity, current project objectives, as well the aspiration for future technology insight.

A Data Mastery Days with Three Stages

On this edition, during the conference day, delegates will have the opportunity to choose between three super insightful and interactive tracks focusing on Data Management Strategy and Governance, Modern Data Platform, Contextand Architecture as well as Data Products, Data Quality and Enablement. All presentations are 30 min, except the Keynotes that are 20 Minutes, and held in English.

Networking Program

In addition to extending the on-site part of the conference to three stages, we bring the event participants closer together through an informal event format. Once the conference day is finished, we are inviting the delegates to a networking program, starting with a cocktail reception.

Plenum

The keynote presentations are the pillars of the entire conference and the most memorable presentations of the event. As opening plenary talks, they set the tone of the entire conference, tie all themes together and provide excitement on the presentations that are about to come. This year’s keynote list includes visionaries and leading expert names in Data and Information Management.

Interactive Panels

Over the conference days, the delegates will have the opportunity to take part in several interactive panels composed by practitioners and experts. The panels will cover several important topics covering everything from strategy to people, implementation, processes, and technology. The panelists invited are experts and practitioners in the area representing companies in the MEA region and beyond. All panels are in duration of 40 minutes and in English.

2025 Nordic Data & AI Week

21 – 23 October, 2025

A week of nothing but awesome Data & AI events

What happens when the Nordic Data Management, HPC, and Data Science & Machine Learning communities align their flagship events in one week, under one roof? You get the 2025 Nordic Data & AI Week – an unmatched convergence of conferences, visionary talks, hands-on workshops, partner showcases, and vibrant celebrations.

We kick off on October 21 with the 10th annual Data 2030 Summit, where data management leaders come together to architect the AI-powered enterprise. This summit propels transformation through modern operating models, data platforms, and governance strategies. Day 1 hosts a high-impact conference; Day 2, October 22, offers focused, practical workshops.

Also on October 22, two major events join the momentum. The second annual Nordic HPC Summit convenes AI innovators, SMEs, infrastructure providers, and policymakers to accelerate collaboration, expand compute capacity, and advance digital sovereignty. Meanwhile, the 10th annual NDSML Summit puts the spotlight on cutting-edge developments in Generative, Agentic, and Applied AI across industries. That evening, all three communities come together to celebrate at the iconic AI Confessions Mingle.

The NDSML Summit continues on October 23 with its main conference day – delivering insider insights into the latest tools, techniques, and trends redefining data science and machine learning in the enterprise.

Choose one summit, attend either one, or divide and conquer with a colleague – then reunite at the mingle.

See you at the 2025 Nordic Data & AI Week – a defining moment for the future of Data and AI.
